To maintain the Exquisite & Lavish standards of the Veilxor collective and ensure the absolute safety of our patrons, we adhere to a strict hygiene-first protocol.


1. The Hygiene Guarantee

Due to the intimate nature of our premium innerwear—including Trunks, Briefs, and The Minimalist Thongs—we maintain a zero-compromise sanitary policy.

  • Final Sale: All innerwear products are considered final sale once the original security seal or packaging has been opened.
  • No Returns: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any intimate apparel.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable: Once an order is processed and delivered, we do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Sanitary Integrity: This policy ensures that every piece of AeroSilk™ fabric reaching a customer is 100% pristine and has never been handled or tried on by another individual.

3. Quality Assurance

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every garment undergoes a rigorous multi-point luxury inspection before being placed in our signature lavish packaging.
  • Defective Items: In the highly unlikely event that you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please contact Veilxor Concierge within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an exchange evaluation.

4. Precision Fit Advice

  • Since we do not offer returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons, we strongly encourage the use of our Precision Fit Size Recommender or consulting our Size Matrix before finalizing your selection.
